The M3 gets a new stablemate.
I've been contemplating getting a new car for the past couple of months. I was trying to find the right car....something toddler friendly but something that wasn't too soccer mom-ish. So I decided to get something in the middle....the M5. So the search was on. Took me about a month and a half to find one. But only thing was it was in Los Angeles. Took a flight there....one way (figured that if we didn't like it, we'd take a flight back). But ohh did I like it. So we bought it Sat and drove back Sun. Its a 2007 M5 with 57000 miles. its sapphire black exterior with black leather interior. It has an extended warranty till 2015. And this thing is a friggin beast and downs gas like there's no tomorrow. More to come later.

Precision Rifle Class
On April 21, 2012, Dom and I drove out to Sac Valley Shooting Center and took a class from Gray Ops Firearms Training....Precision Rifle I. The teacher and owner of the company is Gordon Gray. We learned a lot and had tons of fun. During the class Gordon spent a good amount of time on basics of the bolt gun, a scope, and gear. Range time consisted of cold bore shot, 5 shot groups, box testing, and a timed number/color/shape drill. I definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to get into precision shooting. We also got some cool sniper veils which came in real handy during the hot 85 degree sun. Here are some pics.
Cool swag we got: class syllabus, data books, and sniper veils. |
