BMW M3 Grand Prix Macau 1991
So this weekend Daph and I went to a BMW museum and saw this!!!
Just Kidding...actually it's an 1:18 AUTOart model of the 1991 BMW M3 that raced in Macau. Here's a little history.
"1991 was the first year that the DTM factory teams of BMW and Mercedes-Benz raced in Asia alongside Group A contenders such as the Nissan Skyline GTR, a car which had won practically every race held in Asia and Australia at one time or another. Sponsored by Watson, the BMW factory team Schnitzer, entered two BMW M3 DTMs in the Guia saloon car race. Mercedes-Benz countered with three 190E 2.5-16V EVO II DTMs. Emanuella Pirro, driving a BMW M3, car #6, easily assumed the lead and won the race comfortably. Two Mercedes-Benz 190E DTMs took second and third places while the other BMW M3 DTM finished fourth."

Evolution of My 1988 BMW M3
Here is an older pic of the M3 with my first set of wheels (17x7.5 Replica 1995 M3 wheels by AT Italia).
Here's a newer pic with my favorite wheels (17x8.5 BBS). I still have them and am going to refinish them later on sometime down the road. I don't think I can get rid of these wheels.
And here's the M3 with the newest set of wheels (17x8 Forged Throwing Stars by BMW). They're still a bit dirty. I didn't have time to wash them yet. Sorry bout the dark ass pics.
